- Patient Sign-Up/Book Consult
- Action: Patient visits the E-Health Network landing page and clicks “Book A Consult.”
- Process:
- Patient is asked to create a CLIENT PORTAL
- Fills in personal details (name, email, date of birth, address.)
- Username (email) and create a Password to the Client Portal
- Automatically Creates a secure account on the EHR (Practice Better) system.
- Patient Logs Into the Patient Portal (redirect to Booking Page – Practice Better)
- Action: Patient logs into the Practice Better portal using their credentials.
- Process:
- The patient is redirected to “Booking Page”
- Patient selects
- Accesses available services and begins the consultation process.
- Patient Selects Preferred Pharmacy
- Action: Patient selects a pharmacy for prescriptions via MD Tool Box (integrated via API).
- Process:
- Patient browses or searches for pharmacies.
- Chooses a pharmacy for prescription pick-up or delivery.
- Pharmacy preference is saved in the system for future use.
- Patient Completes Intake Form
- Action: Patient completes a detailed intake form through the Practice Better system.
- Process:
- Enters health history, symptoms, medications, allergies, and other relevant details.
- Uploads necessary documents or images (e.g., ID, insurance, or symptom photos).
- Submits the completed form, which is securely saved in the EHR for provider review.
- Patient Makes Payment
- Action: Patient pays for the consultation.
- Process:
- Navigates to the payment section.
- Selects a payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Receives a payment confirmation receipt via email or within the portal.
- Patient Books Consultation
- Action: Patient schedules their preferred consultation type (e.g., messaging, urgent messaging, or video).
- Process:
- Chooses available date and time from the scheduling tool.
- Confirms booking and receives an appointment confirmation.
- Appointment details, including the link for video consultations (if applicable), are accessible in the Patient Portal
