At E-Health Network, we are committed to providing fair, transparent, and high-quality telehealth services. Our policy ensures clarity regarding cancellations and refunds to help you make informed decisions.
Cancellation Policy
- Timing for Cancellations:
o Cancellations must be received between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM on the day of booking.
o Any cancellations received after these hours will be invalid, and the full consultation fee will be charged.
- Order Cancellations:
o If you cancel your request before it has been reviewed by one of our healthcare providers, you are eligible for a full refund.
- No After-Service Cancellations:
o Once a consultation has been completed, cancellations are no longer accepted, and no refunds will be provided.
- How to Cancel:
o Cancellations can be made through your secure Patient Portal or by emailing us at refund@e-healthnetwork during business hours.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
o Order Cancellations: Full refunds are issued for cancellations made before a healthcare provider reviews your request.
o Inability to Provide Care: If we cannot provide a treatment recommendation due to insufficient information or other medical reasons, a full refund will be issued.
o Discretionary Refunds: Refund requests outside the above criteria will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our medical providers will work with you to address concerns and determine eligibility.
- Processing of Refunds:
o Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- No Refunds for Invalid Cancellations or Completed Services:
o Cancellations outside the allowed timeframe or after service completion are not eligible for a refund.
